Dra. MARCIA BRAIER
A child and adolescent psychiatrist with an extensive career dedicated to clinical care, training, and research in the field of child and adolescent mental health. She currently serves as Head of the Department of Teaching and Research at the Dra. Carolina Tobar García Hospital, while also holding the positions of Site Coordinator and Deputy Director of the Tobar García site. Her commitment to the training and development of child and adolescent psychiatry extends to her role as President of the Child Psychiatry Chapter at Tobar García Hospital, where she fosters opportunities for professional exchange, training, and continuing education. In 2026, she was honored with the Pedro Ruiz Award—presented in San Francisco, California (USA) by the Association of Hispanic Psychiatrists (ASHP), an affiliate of the American Psychiatric Association (APA)—in recognition of her career and contributions to the field of psychiatry.
Dr. CONSTANTINO TURRI
A psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent mental health. Experience in leadership roles and technical advice at national and international levels. Member of the Honorary Committee of the Argentine Association of Psychiatrists.
Dra. JULIETA DINA OLIVIERI
Physician specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychiatry. She currently works as a psychiatrist in the Emergency Department at Dr. Ricardo Gutiérrez Children’s Hospital in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is a full member of the Argentine Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AAPI) and the Association of Psychiatrists of Argentina (APSA). She has also served on AAPI’s Violence Prevention Committee.
Lic. SANDRA ANGUITA CONTRERAS
General Health Psychologist specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. She holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, is professionally licensed through the University of Barcelona, and possesses a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychopathology. With over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families, her work focuses on psychological assessment and intervention to promote well-being and environmental adaptation, grounded in both scientific and humanistic principles.
Lic. CRISTINA POU FONTSERÉ
A General Health Psychologist specializing in child and adolescent psychology, autism, and other neurodevelopmental disorders, with experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and psychological intervention of children, adolescents, and their families. She holds specialized training in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, family therapy, and early intervention, and is accredited in diagnostic tools such as the ADOS-2 and ADI-R. Her training also encompasses interventions using TEACCH, PECS, EMDR, and integrative therapy. She has practiced in various specialized settings—including the CSMIJ in Badalona, CERAC Autisme La Garriga, and organizations dedicated to autism care in Catalonia—participating in interdisciplinary teams and coordinating with health, educational, and social services. Her practice is characterized by a comprehensive, individualized approach centered on the needs of the child or adolescent and their family, combining clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, and interdisciplinary coordination to foster emotional well-being, development, and quality of life.
Lic. MARIANA OTERO
A licensed psychologist (UBA). Specializes in systemic and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy. Specialization in family and couples therapy. Experience as a psychologist in various interdisciplinary teams conducting assessments and treatments for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental challenges.
Lic. MARÍA LAURA ESPINOSA
A licensed social psychologist and co-founder of Pequeños Placeres, specializing in professional inclusion. With a deep commitment to the cause, she has dedicated her career to promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment for all.
Lic. MARÍA MARTA VARTANIAN
A licensed psychopedagogue with 30 years of teaching experience in the province of Buenos Aires. Specialized in school integrations and psychopedagogical treatments since 2021.
Lic. BETTINA SCHETINI
Holds a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree in Child Neuropsychology and Neuroeducation. Experience includes early assessment and stimulation, with a focus on autism. Additionally, the role held in directing the Speech-Language Pathology program at Universidad del Salvador contributes significantly to the fields of education and health.
Lic. VICTORIA NIETO
A licensed speech therapist from the University of Salvador, with training in ASD and augmented communication. Her specialization in swallowing and neurodevelopment makes her adept at addressing communication and health challenges of patients.
Lic. GERMÁN O. TUÑÓN
With over 15 years of experience, he is a music therapist specializing in mental health and neurorehabilitation, as well as a musician and collaborator on community music therapy projects.
RAUL ARMANDO BRITO
Holds a degree in Nursing with a specialization in Mental Health and a doctorate in Mental Health. Possesses extensive experience in hospitals and in assisted psychosocial residential facilities in Buenos Aires city (Argentina). He is a professional passionate about teaching and continuous academic development.
